I realized that it'll save me a little bit of time by not putting watermarks anymore. You won't imagine how obsessive I sometimes get when it comes to this last step. =) Although it's distracting to some, I put watermark to sort of protect my work. But, you know, if "photo thieves" are really aching to steal, they'll do alterations to some extent.
Sophia's photo (right), regardless of my big logo across, was used by an Orkut member. What she did was simply crop the face. I think that Orkut girl deleted her account already. But we never know...
The good thing is that some people now know who lancelonie is. If they see my photo outside my 'stream or blogs, they'll know it's mine (and inform me). Ourania cared enough to tell me that Sophia's photo was taken. I wasn't really angry but it seemed underhand. That Orkut girl should have credited me or, better yet, linked back to myFlickr. Tsk-tsk-tsk...
Anyway, I will still watermark some of my photos if I feel like it...
Well, Unkie, you're certainly not interrupting. It's my pleasure. So does this satisfy "curious George"?

P.S. Yes, Pia is still using her sippy. I occasionally give her a glass but she and the floor always get messy =)

I so agree with the obsessiveness thing. It took me forever to get a "basic" watermark to apply during the last step of processing. My work is not that recognizable as a result of my constant exploring of processing approaches. I just find it so sad that there are "people" out there that do steal material . . . tisk . . . tisk . . . indeed !!

You and a sippy cup? How funny. Pia is right here aching to go to the bathtub, with her yellow rubber duckie and 5 goldfish. She's funny 'cause they're actually not goldfish. They look like Nemo. :) Geez, I guess I should blog this sometime. :)
